    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet and register patients with warmth and professionalism.

    • Verify insurance information and maintain up-to-date patient records.

    • Coordinate patient flow, appointment scheduling, and efficient handling of inquiries.

    • Support billing and financial processes by collecting co-pays and maintaining accurate data.

    • Collaborate closely with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient transitions.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in healthcare administration a plus.

    • Strong communication and organizational skills.

    • Prior administrative or customer service experience preferred.

    • Prepare exam rooms and assist providers with patient examinations and minor procedures.

    • Collect and record patient medical histories and vital signs.

    • Administer injections or medications under provider supervision.

    • Participate in team huddles and improvement initiatives to enhance patient care processes.

    Qualifications:

    • Completion of a certified Medical Assistant program or equivalent training.

    • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
